Question: When would I get my order?
Answer: Your order would typically take about 7-14 working days. It depends on where you are, and how long customs in your country takes. For some countries you package would arrive in just a few days.
Question: I would like to get them ASAP. Do you offer express shipping?
Question: Would these lens work with iPhone 3G, iTouch or other camera phone?
Answer: The magnetic mount is specially designed to fit the flat back surface of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. The lens will also work on Mac pro web cams, but not iPhone 3G or iTouch because of the curved back.
Question: I would like to place multiple orders, but your website is not allowing me to do so.
Answer: Sorry, currently the website has flaw that only allows you to place ONE order at a time. If you wish to order more than one set, just place multiple orders. If you wish to combine multiple orders into one shipping package with one shipping address, email us back and we will refund you the extra shipping charges. We will fix this problem very very soon.
Question: If I order now, how long would it take before I receive it?
Answer: We try to ship out within 48 hours. It usually takes about 7 – 14 days if you live within the U.S. Outside of the U.S, it varies depending on your location.
Question: Do you ship to my country?
Answer: Yes, we ship pretty much everywhere. It just may take longer, when we ship to your country. Customs can hold orders, it may take longer. This is outside of our control. We find that 99% of the orders arrive quite quickly! However, in rare cases your country’s customs office may hold up a delivery for random inspection. Some countries may charge you an import duty on your purchases. It’s unlikely but it does happen from time to time.
Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: Our shipping is always the same $3.99 for single item, $5.99 for more.
Question: Would I get a tracking number for my package?
Answer: Yes, you will get a set of tracking numbers and a notice from Paypal once the package is on it’s way to you.

Answer: If you live in the U.S, you can track your order through USPS website. If you are in another country, you can track your progress through this link. ( please allow a few days for the tracking numbers to be in the system before you try to track it ).
Answer: We ship standard shipping only. From our past experiences, the express shipping is far more expensive, but not at all faster.
